Accumulated hour meters SVN-2-02

Accumulated hour meter SVN-2-01 is designed for automatic recording of the operating time of the engine or any other equipment (units, machines) if the operating conditions comply with the requirements of TU 25-1865.081087. The operating temperature range is from minus 60 to +55 degrees C. The case is plastic, black. Overall dimensions: 60 x 60 x 56.5 mm

The meter consists of electromechanical and electronic units. The electromechanical unit includes an indicator device of six digital wheels, a gearbox and a stepper motor. The electronic unit is made in the form of a printed circuit board with add-on elements.

When the power is on, the electronic unit generates multipolar electrical pulses with a duration of 31 ms, an amplitude of at least 4 V, and a pulse repetition period of the same polarity of 2 s.

These pulses are fed to the stepper motor, the rotor of which rotates in time with each pulse.

This rotation is transmitted through the gearbox to the first wheel, which makes one revolution per hour.

Then through the shift pinion to the second wheel, the third one, the fourth one, etc.

The digit on the second wheel signifies the number of whole hours, on the third - tens of hours, on the fourth - hundreds of hours, etc.
